RIO HONDO – The Rio Grande Valley isn’t exactly a winter wonderland, but when the cold fronts come in, if you are left without a jacket the cold snaps can feel especially chilly. The primary center in San Benito, Maggie’s House, works with abused children from the ages of 2-17.
