A San Benito teen was arrested at a mobile home park after he allegedly slapped his mother.
Authorities confirmed that it was at approximately 9:53 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, when officers with the San Benito Police Department responded to a call in reference to a domestic disturbance at a mobile home park located on the 100 block of N. Helen Moore Road.
Upon arrival, the officers made contact with a 41-year-old woman who alleged that Jonathan Rios, her 17-year-old son, had slapped her across the face after she told him to turn off the lights and the television so she could sleep.

I BET ONE OLE BOY WAS THINKING DARN IT if THEY had not ofWRECKED THE PICKUP- WE COULD HAVE IMPOUNDED IT AND AUCTIONED IT OFF AND MADE SOME MONEY ON IT gosh darn it!, i didnt know that crossing the border with out documents was now a capital crime . punisiable by death!!! that boy that slapped his mom better look out. they might set up a firing squad for him>
a 17 yr old slapping his mom? all i see i a punk who thinks he is a man…put that little wimp in front of me and let me slap him…today’s kid and parents are terrible…no respect at all….and im sure his dad is no where to be found….and the parents are at fault too…letting them get away with anything…lady…next time used the belt
yea right {used} the belt ? what more violence,? oh yea thats the answer.pretty soon juviniles will be chased to death like they chased those border jumpers in the valley the otherday and killed 5 of them. the valley dps{dept of public safety}what a joke you mean the dps gestapo and the borderpatrol gestapo. there mottto should be kill em all save the truck with no damage to it so we can impound it and sale it at auction and make money YUK YUK!!
