PHARR — The score and the stats might not show it, but there were plenty of style points for the San Benito Greyhounds on Friday night.
The ’Hounds struck with solid defense and big plays as Nate Mireles returned a punt for a touchdown and Jonathan Guzman caught a long touchdown in a 24-14 win over PSJA North at PSJA Stadium.
San Benito (3-3 overall, 3-1 in District 31-5A) turned the ball over a couple of times and gave up a late touchdown drive but was still able to stymie the Raiders (0-6, 0-4) to notch its third win in four tries.
