Former Harlingen Mayor Rick Rodriguez
HARLINGEN – San Benito colleagues of former Harlingen Mayor Rick Rodriguez expressed sadness following his unexpected death early Thursday morning.
“I think it’s a great loss,” said San Benito Mayor Joe H. Hernandez of Rodriguez. “I don’t think I believe it. My condolences go to his family; he was a good mayor, a good person, and of course he’s going to be dearly missed.”
