The San Benito Consolidated Independent School District plans to file suit against the architect involved in the construction of the district’s Sonny Brazil Agricultural Science Complex.
According to Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction Celeste Sanchez, the lawsuit is the second filed in relation to the facility. Details concerning the architectural firm in question were not provided as of presstime; information regarding the nature of the problems at the facility has also not been officially disclosed.
