San Benito police arrested a local man for allegedly purchasing alcohol to minors.
According to a San Benito Police Department press release, 23-year-old Ivan Chavez was arrested Sunday, Sept. 15 at approximately 4:26 p.m. after officers were called to the 300 block of S. Oscar Williams Road. There, contact was made with a female juvenile’s parents, who alleged seeing their daughter nearby in a black Nissan pickup truck.
