Harlingen, TX—Roberto M. Lopez, 58, entered into eternal rest Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Antonio (Guadalupe) Lopez; his sister, Luz Claudio; and his brothers, Francisco Lopez and Reynaldo Lopez.
Roberto is survived by his loving wife, Norma Lopez; his children, Patricia (Daniel) Garcia, Nora (Roberto) Luna, Yvette Lopez, and Brittany Lopez; eight grandchildren, Amber Ibarra, Edward Quintero, Amanda Garcia, Annette Garcia, Brianna Luna, Robert Luna, Jr., Brandon Luna, and Evan Villarreal; two sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Holy Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. at San Benito Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012, please contact the funeral home for scheduled time. Interment will be held at San Benito City Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by American Legion Post 205.
