Maria Del Socorro Saucedo, 85, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on October 31, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her father, Geronimo Carrizales; mother, Dominga Saldana; and grandson, Jimmy Saucedo.
Maria is survived by her husband, Jose Saucedo; seven sons: Francisco (Ignacia) Saucedo, Jose (Carmen) Saucedo Jr, Idelfonso Saucedo, Israel (Graciela) Saucedo, Jesus (Elida) Saucedo, Edelmiro (Maria) Saucedo, and Tony (Christina) Saucedo; and one daughter, Maria Guadalupe Gonzales.
Visitation was held from 12-9 p.m., with a holy rosary recited at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2012 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
