A 40-year-old man attending a weekend party at a San Benito nightclub wound up in the hospital after his ear was reportedly bitten off by a female bar patron, whom the victim has claimed was a stranger.
The incident allegedly transpired early Saturday morning on the 700 block of Sam Houston Boulevard at an establishment called Party Time Nightclub. Detective Rogelio Banda, Jr. of the San Benito Police Department said, “We got the call at 12:39 a.m.”
It was reported by the victim, who is a San Benito resident, that while he was inside the establishment he was approached by a male assailant whom he did not claim to know. A 31-year-old suspect, who was later identified as Pedro Suarez of San Benito, allegedly approached the victim. What started as a verbal confrontation turned violent when the assailant allegedly hit the victim over the head with a bottle of beer, causing a laceration to the victim’s head.

@shannon, very true I’ve know him for the past 17 years and he has been in and out of prison. he has made stupid choics again and again. He doesn’t know how to start his life he made mistakes and doesn’t know how to fix them. When all you been is a piece of trash like you say he is how do you expect him to start living a normal life. The opinion you have of him is just the way everyone including employers see him. I’ll be the first to say he has never grown up and lives in the past. He’s a kid who has always been lost and can’t find his way. For a fact i know he sees himself as a loser and that he will never be good.so your right, your tax dollars will be used but he is still some ones son and father. people who truly know him, he does have good in him.its just sad you can’t see it much. But i do understand and agree with you.
@jj, it clearly sounds like you have feelings for this loser, who knows you may even have kids with him but at the end of the day it is what it is. He’s a piece of trash and always will be. Take off the rose color glasses and see him for what he is. NO ONE will see him as someones son and father when he doesn’t do the same for his fellow man. It’s sad he ended up with the criminal he ended up with because it seems like he would have had a better chance with you…..
@JJ, its not like he was preaching to the the people at the bar about JESUS. He broke a mans eye socket!!!! He’s just as worthless as she is. Peter showed a lot of remorse and respect to JUDGE GARZA, didn’t he….while he was being arraigned. They are worthless pieces of trash that i would rather support in prison with my TAX dollars than have them out on the street and still supporting their ghetto behinds.
This girl is a waste and took peter from his kids. He wanted a better life and wanted to stop being the person people sought him out to be. She brought him down just like the last time.
The female suspect killed that man Jesi??? Why is she not in jail?
She needs to be put in jail and the key needs to be thrown away!!!!! How many more people does she need to kill or hurt? Our JUDICIAL SYSTEM needs to get in gear!!! She’ll be caught, and when she is I’ll be in court just like ALL the other times! WE WILL HAVE JUSTICE;)

Mary Alice has a long history INCLUDING but not limited to a prior arrest and conviction for CRIMINAL NEGLIGANT HOMICIDE….she crashed into to my cousin and killed him. She deserves to be in state prison not out at bars. Hopefully this will get her where she belongs and off of San Benito’s streets (and bars).
