San Benitians were treated to a day of fun, excitement and music as the city finally celebrated ResacaFest on Saturday.
Debuting in 2006, the festival celebrated its sixth year of revelry on July 14 with assorted vendor booths and live music.
City of San Benito Public Relations Coordinator Martha McClain thanked the Special Events Board for its work organizing the event.
“So much time was given to the event, and they (the board) did so much to make this possible,” she said. “The event was a tremendous success.”
