City employees arrested for misuse of dump truck

The San Benito News has confirmed that three employees of the City of San Benito water distribution department have been arrested on accusations of using a city dump truck in order to transport materials to one of the suspects’ residence.

Furthermore, the employees, identified as 31-year-old Esequiel Diaz, 51-year-old Adolfo Gamez and 52-year-old Javier Villarreal have also been accused of taking city property without consent.
