HARLINGEN – Dr. Manuel Espinoza, Urologist, has performed the Valley’s first robotic surgery to repair a ureter – a narrow tube which carries urine from the kidneys to the bladder.

Following the first surgery, a 64-year-old Valley man said he is now free of pain he has lived with for the past 20 years.
