Juan Jose Tamayo
PRIMERA, TEXAS—Juan Jose Tamayo, 49, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 10, 2011 in Mercedes, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his nephew, Samuel Tamayo, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Doralia M. Tamayo; his children: Joann (Vicente) Rodriguez, Julian De La Garza, Mandy Marie Tamayo, and Adrina (Keith Hernandez) Leigh Tamayo; his soul mate, Mary Campillo; his four stepchildren; five grandchildren and 10 step-grandchildren; his parents: Abram and Lucy Tamayo; five siblings and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. and a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
Mass of resurrection will be held on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in San Benito, Texas, with cremation to follow in accordance to his wishes.
