Everyone has their own niche when it comes to making and/or eating tamales. For San Benito Funeral Home Managing Director George Sanchez, who’ll be serving as one of five judges in the Third Annual San Benito News “The Best Tamales in Town” contest, it’s the clockwork.
Sanchez, 40, is a native of West Texas city Stanton, where he remembered on Tuesday many several amusing anecdotes concerning his love for tamales.
