The South Texas Adult Resource and Training (START) Center will hold the 2011 Freddy Fender Humanitarian Awards on Thursday, Oct. 27 in Rancho Viejo.
The Freddy Fender Humanitarian Awards is an annual fundraiser for the START Center that’s designed for those who, through various forms, promoted humanitarianism throughout the regional community.
