San Benito police are currently searching for a 14-year-old girl reported missing since Thursday.
According to authorities with the San Benito Police Department (SBPD), 14-year-old Linda Luna went missing on July 7. She was last seen at approximately 5 a.m. and is believed to be with her boyfriend, identified as 16-year-old Ruben Reyes.
“It is unknown what the female was last wearing and has no identify features. She is believed by family and friends to be in Mexico,” an SBPD press release read.
The release further read that her family received a call from Luna, who according to reports said she was in good health, at 1:15 p.m. the same day she was reported missing.
Luna has brown hair, brown eyes and weighs 120 pounds. She’s 4’11”.
Those with information as to her whereabouts are asked to contact officer Juan Velez or the Youth Detective unit of the SBPD at (956) 361-3880.

hi, this is my neice and thank god that she is now in custody of brownsville p.d.
charges are going to be pressed against the 19 yr. old boy and we would like to thank those whoe kept her in your prayers.
