San Benito police are currently investigating reports of shots being fired in the early morning hours of Sunday, March 13.
According to Lieutenant Martin Morales of the San Benito Police Department (SBPD), involved in the shooting were three male subjects who’ve yet to be identified. Morales also said the shooting occurred on the 300 block of South Milam Street in San Benito.
“They (suspects) confronted a male who was in the backyard of 300 South Milam,” Morales said.
Police further reported that the three men were engaged in a verbal dispute with the said male, a 33-year-old man, at 300 South Milam. The lieutenant said an altercation ensued and one of the three men fired a handgun at the 33-year-old.

Yea that was my brother they shot at hope they catch those persons and put them in jail where they belong…..
