San Benito Texans crowned flag football champs
The San Benito Texans were crowned champions at the McAllen NFL Flag Football Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 23. The Texans won in the 5-6 year-old division. Greyhounds take tennis tournament

MJMS chess team makes all the right moves
The Miller Jordan Middle School chess team, which recently competed at the Region 8 Chess Tournament in Los Fresnos, is shown. The team – composed of sixth, seventh and eighth graders – took home second place in the Middle School Division.
