It has been nearly one month since Walgreens opened its doors to the public, but it won’t be until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 9, when the store will officially celebrate its grand opening.
The San Benito Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at that time to mark the occasion.
Manager Balde Escamilla said, “We would like to welcome everybody from San Benito and surrounding areas to join us on this special day. Come out and support your local Walgreens and have a ‘well’ experience.”
