Speaking about theft why hasn’t Manuel Lara’s girlfriend Sandee Alvarez never been charged with theft. She has been seen many many many times picking up her children after school while on city time. I guess, Mr.Lara turns the other way and chooses not to see this at his convenience of course.

    This is nothing new.

However, I find it interesting that whenever a problem exists with city employees, the employees get reprimanded or terminated. However, the city never addresses the real problem; and that is those that are responsible for supervising or managing these employees never face any discipline.

This is a management problem. What are the people in charge doing that if it wasn’t for another city employee speaking up those in charge would take no action and the abuse would just continue.

It is time for those in charge to be replaced if they are not doing their job managing the employees.

Take a drive within the city and you will see some city employees cruising the city in their air conditioned trucks. Follow them for about thirty minutes and see how many stops they make.

Again, this is nothing new! It is just one city employee who probably got tired of witnessing the abuse and management not doing anything about it.

Wake up San Benito, it is your tax dollars that are paying for this people to sit in their air conditioned offices all day while city employees do as they please!
