emergency-lightsThe San Benito police officer accused of “tailing” a local woman in an alleged fit of road rage and wielding a weapon upon making contact with her has been placed on administrative leave with pay pending the outcome of an internal investigation, Operations Chief Martin Morales confirmed Friday.
