The Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings are holding a press conference at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 18, at which time the ballclub’s new general manager will be introduced.
He will also outline some of the plans for the North American League Southern Division champions for 2012 and beyond, according to a WhiteWings press release issued on Monday.
The meeting will be held at historic Harlingen field.
