Special to the NEWS
Turnovers, turnovers, turnovers are what cost the San Benito Greyhounds the victory over the Brownsville Porter Cowboys Tuesday night.
The Greyhounds played at home and started off on the right foot, but Porter was right behind as the San Benito basketball team led at the end of the first quarter, 15-12. While Porter came back strong in the second quarter and picked up the lead, the Greyhounds fought back as Daniel Molina brought the team back up as he sank a three-pointer in the final seconds of the first half.
