It’s been four years since Diana B. Garcia of San Benito had her own car.
The 29-year-old mother of four has since had to contend with inconvenience after inconvenience.
“I have four kids, and I’d always try to get rides if my family’s vehicles are not available for my use,” said Garcia. “It was difficult for me, not having a vehicle, because I would have to reschedule a lot of appointments for my children.”
