Police officer robbed, suspects jailed

Two San Benito residents were arrested on robbery charges early Tuesday morning after one of their victims, an off duty Falfurrias police officer, gave local authorities the description they needed to catch the alleged perpetrators.

San Benito Police Operations Chief Martin Morales reported Tuesday the arrest 19-year-old David Solis and 20 year-old Anna Lisa Quiroga.
