Two motorists were sent to the hospital Friday following an accident that occurred at about 12 noon.
According to San Benito Police Officer Tobias Benavides, the driver of a 2008 Cadillac STS, a 68-year-old man, allegedly pulled out from a hair salon on Business 77 and into the path of a 2007 Chevrolet Malibu, which was driven by a 28-year-old woman.
The Malibu t-boned the Cadillac, Benavides said, causing significant damage as well as injuries to both drivers, who were transported to Valley Baptist Medical Center to be treated for their injuries. Their conditions were unknown as of presstime.
