LOS FRESNOS – Federico Sanchez, 104, passed away at his residence on Tuesday morning surrounded by his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife Maria Sanchez and a son Jesus Sanchez.
He is survived by one son Ramiro Sanchez of California; two daughters Paulita Nunez of Commerce, Texas and Irene Gonzalez of San Antonio, Texas; one sister Raquel DeLeon of Los Fresnos; 27 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
There will be a rosary recited at 7 p.m. Thursday at Henry Thomae Funeral Home 701 N. Bowie San Benito.
Church services are set for 10 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2011, at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Los Fresnos. Burial will follow at Las Yescas Cemetery.
