We’ve all experienced it at some point in our daily commute; Individuals posted up at virtually every corner of the city holding signs and asking for donations for a wide variety of reasons. Disabled veterans looking for money for food, athletic teams going to tournaments, or one of the more common ones: funeral expenses for a lost family member. Some of us give when we can, but for others these people represent somewhat of an eyesore. Regardless of personal opinion though, is it legal? Well, technically yes.
