A San Benito man is in critical condition in a San Antonio hospital after he was struck by a vehicle in Weslaco on New Year’s Day.
According to reports, 27-year old Joseph Anthony Nuncio lost control of his vehicle just shortly after 3:00 a.m. and crashed his vehicle into a concrete barricade wall. Witnesses say Nuncio then exited his vehicle and began to walk North across the traffic lanes and was then struck by a vehicle described as a four-door Lincoln MZK.
