San Benito police are currently looking for a man who allegedly kicked in the door to a woman’s house and stole her purse off the kitchen table. According to a police report, officers responded to call last Wednesday at around 5:30 p.m. in regards to a burglary. The crime had actually taken place the day before but the victim was unable to call police due to her phone being one of the items stolen, police said.
