Three days after authorities found a dead body on the outskirts of San Benito, a 20-year-old resident of San Benito turned herself in for the fatal hit-and-run of 36-year old David Ortiz Rosales. Sommer Rae Camacho was charged with the crime on Sunday afternoon after reporting to the San Benito Police Department and admitting to the crime.
Sgt. Johnny Hernandez, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety, confirmed that Camacho would be facing charges of accident involving death, which is a second degree felony, in a statement.

With Luis Saenz as District Attorney, the head of the Cameron County Cartel Courthouse, this young lady will WALK. Don’t expect any REAL justice in this county. It just will not happen.
