Have you ever found yourself driving down the expressway in San Benito at night, just wishing there was a little more light provided by the overhead street lamps? Well, the Harlingen-San Benito Metropolitan Planning Organization (HSBMPO) heard you loud and clear. The group, which consists of mayors, city managers, and commissioners from the surrounding areas, convened for their monthly meeting on Wednesday and decided on the next big project for San Benito.
