San Benito Police got more than what they bargained for after a routine traffic stop on Tuesday turned up a wanted criminal, some crack cocaine, and required the use of pepper spray to get the situation under control. According to police officials, Carlos Estrada, a 36-year-old man who was wanted in Tom Green County for theft, was pulled over after officers received numerous calls about a white pickup truck speeding through a residential area at around 8 p.m.
