When Sean Carter speaks, he uses an iPad to translate his words to the audience, but uses his heart to deliver his powerful message.
Carter, who was the passenger/victim of a drunk-driving accident and lost his ability to speak, visited Berta Cabaza Middle School on Thursday, and wowed the audience with a message him and his parents hope will remain instilled in the student’s minds forever.
