SAN BENITO, TX—Domingo Rangel, 51, of San Benito, Texas entered into rest on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Retama Manor in Harlingen, Texas.
Domingo is preceded in death by his parents Alberto H. and San Juana Ruiz Rangel; sisters and brothers: Alberto Rangel Jr., Julia R. Hernandez, Martin Rangel Sr., Francisca Rangel, and Juan Rangel.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved sons, Domingo Rangel, Jr. and Juanalberto Rangel; and his aunt, Mauricia Ruiz Kyle. Also surviving Domingo are his siblings: Rosa (Juan) Trevino, Maria (Albert) Rodriguez, Romeo (Leticia) Rangel, Lydia Rangel, Ricardo Rangel, Sofia (David) Bueno, and Patricia (Hector) Rivera; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral mass is scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are his nephews JR Rodriguez, Martin Rangel, Jr.; Marco Hernandez, Steve Rangel, John Maciel, and Felipe Bueno.
