With the dawn of a fresh, new year, many folks find occasion to consider how they spent the previous 365 days and also reflect upon whether or not they find the year’s progress to be satisfactory. This process of contemplation leads around 50 percent of Americans to make a New Year’s resolution each year.
Contritely, studies report that fewer than 10 percent of resolution-making individuals will actually obtain their goals.
Here’s how some local citizens feel about incorporating resolutions in their own lives.
Mike Claudio, 35, said he’s still undecided as to whether or not he’ll resolve to make a personal change. “I’ve been thinking about it for two weeks,” he said. Claudio explained that he doesn’t have “bad habits like drinking sodas or smoking.” He added, “I already joined a gym.”
