Belen P. Garcia
SAN BENITO, TX—Belen P. Garcia, 85, entered into eternal life on August 2, 2014 at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen.
She was preceded in death by her husband Nicanor G. Garica; parents, Mariano Perez and Maria Parraz Perez and her daughter Rosemary Garcia.
She is survived by her children Valentina Garcia, Gonzalo Garcia, Eddie Garcia, Jose Garcia, Nicanor Garcia Jr, Jose Luis Garcia, Michael Anthony Garcia, Rose Ann Castro; 30 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at San Benito Funeral Home. Mass of resurrection will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at St. Benedicts Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Gonzalo III, Eddie Garcia, Jay, Anthony, Jose Luis Garcia Jr, and Juan Jose.
Honorary pallbearers will be Angel Castro, Nicanor G. III, Bianca Castro, Lori Garcia and Andrew Jason.
