San Benito High School softball athletes Amber Jasso, Clarissa Huerta and Dorothy Millian are recently shown outside the Lady ’Hounds dugout. The softball standouts have recently graduated from SBHS but not before representing their alma mater at the annual All-Star softball game.

High school softball and baseball is not quite over for San Benito High School standouts Amber Jasso, Clarissa Huerta, Dorothy Millan and Roy Angel Aguilar. As a result, they have one last chance to represent their alma mater on the playing field in the Rio Grande Valley East-West All-Star softball and baseball games.

The girls were more than happy to learn that they had another opportunity to play together. “It‘s great,” said Millan.

All three girls were raised in San Benito and attended San Benito High School all four years of their softball career. Jasso, Huerta and Millan are all 18 years old and had already been playing softball for years before they got to high school.
