The San Benito Economic Development Corporation will hold a town hall meeting on Thursday, June 12 at the San Benito Municipal Building, where plans to design a site master plan for ResacaWalk will be discussed.
On December 2013, the EDC purchased the 9.8-acre property on Business 77 and the Resaca across from the Heavin Resaca Trails Park to construct a mixed used public/private development featuring the new San Benito Museum Building and future retail and commercial tenants, including restaurants.
The site will include a boardwalk along the Resaca and bring retail business activity to this long-time vacant property.
