MEET OF CHAMPIONS: Jasso scores first in 100; Cantu takes third in hurdles

WESLACO – The San Benito High School varsity girls track team competed at the Meet of Champions track meet at Bobby Lackey Stadium in Weslaco on Saturday, March 22.

Amber Jasso placed first in the 100 meter dash and third in the 200 meter dash. Alma Limas placed third in the 100 meter hurdles.

Rosa Gomez placed fifth in the 300 meter hurdles. Gomez, Kristen Rodriguez, Alexia Garcia and Jasso placed sixth in the sprint relay. Kayla Reyes placed 10th in the 300 meter hurdles.
