The San Benito Economic Development Corporation (EDC) held a regular meeting on Thursday, August 15 in which the board took action on a number of items, including a downtown Market Days proposal.
“The EDC Board has allocated $10,000 for several events beginning in October all the way through March,” said EDC Board President Pete Claudio about the monthly Market Days events. “The first scheduled event is for October 12. It will run monthly for six months. The last one is scheduled for March 8, 2014. Each one is going to have its own specific theme.”
