For love of the game: SB’s Salinas serves as Wings’ batboy

For Omar Salinas, baseball is king.

Ever since picking up the game at 4 years old, Salinas, 10, has been around the game in some form or fashion and he truly loves every minute of it.

Case in point: His summer job.

For the second consecutive year, Salinas serves the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings baseball club as the team’s batboy.
