LOS FRESNOS – The lone survivor of a head-on collision that claimed five lives now faces as many charges in relation to the deaths.
McAllen resident Margaret Gil, 32, has been arrested and charged with five counts of criminal negligent homicide in relation to the June 30 crash that left four people in a Toyota Corolla and a passenger in Gil’s Toyota RAV4 dead.
