The investigation into the kidnapping of United States Marine and Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran Armando Torres III is ongoing.
It’s been reported that Torres, 25, was kidnapped on May 14 in La Barranca in Tamaulipas, Mexico, after driving across the International Port of Entry Bridge at Progreso to visit his father’s farm in La Barranca, which is located near Los Indios.
