Here we are again.

The San Benito CISD Board of Trustees, after five months of negotiations, will meet Monday, April 29, to once again discuss Superintendent of Schools Antonio G. Limón’s summative evaluation and possible action on his contract.

The item will be heard in closed session, as it has been the case since December when board members first began discussing the superintendent’s contract, at a special meeting to take place immediately following a board workshop inside the John F. Barron Administration Building, located at 240 N. Crockett St. The workshop will immediately follow a curriculum committee meeting set for 6 p.m.

While Mr. Limon may not be perfect, he is a good administrator. This group is just messing with him, and have some sort of twisted agenda which has nothing to do with the proper operation of the SBCISD.
It is becoming clear that this whole charade is all about getting rid of Mr. Limon so they can contracts for their pals, and get “their people” into administrative positions, (which is illegal).
As one of the bloggers said a while back: Vote stupid, get stupid.
As one my friends often says. “Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining”.

@ Fedup That sounds exactly like Principal Rolando Guerra at PRC. He has no BACKBONE when it comes to defending his staff against parents or students. He looks down on certain staff because he thinks they are not educated or are working on getting their degrees, when he himself got his degree while working with the district. This guy is out of control and because he is great friends with Mr. Limon he thinks he can do whatever he wants and get away with it!! He can not take care of one school and its staff let alone four. Something needs to be done!!!!

@ Griff. Don’t know if he can be any worse than Princapal Diaz at JODLF. Teachers & staff Fedup with this guy. When staff comes to him with a problem, his standard response is “Deal with it”. He offers no support whatsoever, always shows up late, and has no charisma or leadership attributes whatsoever. I don’t know how he became a principal, but it’s time for him to step down.

They should look into the Principal at PRC not knowing how to run his school and how to appreciate his staff.!

I agree. Two students reportedly left PRC on Monday without permission and later showed up to the middle school they attend and threatened an administrator. PRC, its purpose, are becoming less and less effective. Someone is dropping the ball. Super, School Board, Admin, ?????

    1. Not sure he ever finished school to get ANY degree..anyone have proof??
