I have known Frank since 1990 around when he first opened up the store. He always remembered me when I went in and always something funny or witty to say, depending on what was going on at the time. When he had his stroke, I was told he may not recognize me but he did right away. I thought he was recovering so this is so disappointing. God Bless all.

Frank was such a sweet and gentle soul. A really nice friend from high school days. May God wrap his arms around his family and give them strength. Rest In Peace Frank.

My condolences to the Padgett family. I used to go everyday after school to buy Lotto tickets there at the store. When Frank was there, he was always with a smile. He made customers feel welcomed. May he rest in peace.
